This season is a never-ending battle from getting sick. Here are my top tricks I have learned to keep the cold away:
- Wash your hands often
- Start the day with lemon water and drink water throughout the day
- Take a warm salt bath at night
- This is the season to rest so try to get as much restful sleep as possible
- Take long walks in the fresh air
- Consume extra Vitamin C via lot’s of seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables
