Eva’s Antioxidant Rich Morning Routine
I start each day off with a big glass of warm lemon water. Lemons are a great source of Vitamin C, they boost your immune system, and they help with digestion. Eva’s Morning Smoothie Ingredients
1 cup of mixed frozen berries
1 tablespoon of Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
1 scoop of Dr. Schutze’s SuperFood Plus Supplement

1 cup of water
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie contents have been consistently blended.
